  9.       CreatePort - Create a    message    port.

  11.      SYNOPSIS
  12.       msgport = CreatePort("Name", priority)
  13.         d0             A0,     D0 (0:8)

  15.      FUNCTION
  16.       Creates a message port with the given    name and priority.
  17.       This function    is equivalent to that in amiga.lib, but    is
  18.       reentrant, and may be    called by assembly code.
  19.  
  20.      INPUTS
  21.       Name - pointer to a null terminated character    string,    or
  22.           NULL.     If NULL, this function    will not attach    the
  23.           port to the system msgport list (it will be private
  24.           to the caller).
  25.  
  26.       priority - the priority of this msgport (-128..127).
  27.  
  28.      RESULT
  29.       msgport - Pointer to an initialized message port, or NULL,
  30.           if port could    not be allocated.  If Name was non-
  31.           null,    then the port will have    been added to the
  32.           system's msgport list.
